Any fans?
Another of the clssics using Ray Harryhausen's stop motion model animation known as "Dynamation". I always saw the Sinbad movies on TV growing up as a kid in the 1980s and actually first saw this in scool as we were about to break up for the summer holidays. You've got the classic greek mythology, Medusa, the kraken, a classic tale!
Medusa really used to disturb me as a kid, with the slithering and the noises, wasn't fond of bubo to be honest, the little owl. Calibos was quite intimidating as well to be honest.

Love pretty much any Harryhausen movie. Watched this one as a kid and loved it. It is a great story, and I agree about the owl, I didn't much care for it either, lol. Overall a great story and stunning effects considering the process used. I still watch this today if I see it on somewhere.

Greek mythology as well as always so interesting, but yeah love a good Ray Harryhausen movie! Could've been even more scary if they'd stuck to the original ending with using his shield to decapitate Medusa, but Harry hamlin flat out refused and was like "This is a kid's movie!".
