If you're looking for a very silly movie the Face Off with Nicholas Cage and John Travolta is definetlly it!
Directed by John Woo, the legendary Hong Kong film director, producer and screenwriter, is known for his highly chaotic action sequences, stylized imagery, Mexican standoffs, frequent use of slow motion (And doves!) and allusions to wuxia and Western cinema. Travolta plays an FBI agent whose family is traumatized by the death of their young son shot dead by a terrorist played by Nicholas Cage.
Caster Troy (Cage) goads FBI agent Sean Archer (Travolta) with knowledge of a bomb located somewhere in Los Angeles set to go off in a few days, but he is knocked into a coma before Archer can learn more. As a highly secretive operation Archer reluctantly agrees to infiltrate his group by having temporary reconstructive surgery and having his face transplanted onto his (And other temporary cosemetic surgery). All the while whilst Archer is in his coma. When Troy awaken though and realises, he kills gets Archer's face put on to his and kills the surgeon and systematically everyone in in the special ops operation.
This is a crazy film with the excellence of John Woo's action direction and Travolta and Cage, especially Cage just hamming up their performance in every.single.scene unadshamedly! It's very silly and can fall into the so bad it's good, but then if you don't take it seriously then it's a very good, very fun movie! There's also a great shoot out to (of all things) "Somewhere over the rainbow"
