Generally I guess I always look for the best deal I can because who doesn't love a good deal? (I just got a cool one of Humble Bundle for the Resident Evil Games). I'm pretty good with money after making mistakes back in my early 20's, but I learnt from it as a result and whilst I've always tried to save; it's only since the 202 pandemic started that I've really been succesful at this.
It's not just for a "rainy day" situation", you never know when you might have a medical emergency or need time off work, or what curveball life will throw at you. Yes, you can live in the moment, be spontanious and there's nothing wrong with that either.
